At Jetsimgo.com, we are committed to providing high-quality travel eSIM services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may wish to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are available.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Unused Travel eSIMs:
    If you purchased a travel eSIM and have not installed or activated it, you are eligible for a refund if the request is made within 15 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details.
  2. No Refund for Partially Used Bundles:
    Once a travel eSIM has been activated and partially used (i.e., any amount of data or service has been consumed), we do not offer refunds for the remaining data or time. Refunds are not available for partially used bundles, regardless of the remaining balance or usage.
  3. Device Compatibility:
    Before purchasing an eSIM, please ensure that your device is unlocked and compatible with eSIM technology. No refunds will be issued if your device is locked or incompatible with eSIM usage. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify device compatibility before making a purchase.
  4. Incorrect Contact Information:
    Please double-check the email address and phone number provided during the order process. No refunds will be issued if you entered incorrect information (such as an incorrect email address or phone number) and failed to receive the eSIM or related communication.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an unused travel eSIM within 15 days of purchase:

  • Contact our customer support at refund@jetsimgo.com
  • Provide your order number and details of the eSIM.
  • Our team will verify whether the eSIM was installed or activated. If the eSIM remains unused and falls within the 15-day refund window, we will process your refund.

Refund requests may take up to 7 business days to process. Once a refund is issued, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect back into your account, depending on your bank or payment method. Typically, refunds will appear in your account within 7-10 business days after processing, but this can vary based on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Partially used or fully consumed eSIM bundles.
  • Purchases made more than 15 days ago.
  • eSIMs that were installed, activated, or used in any form.
  • eSIMs that are not working due to device incompatibility, or the device being locked.
  • Orders where incorrect email addresses or phone numbers were provided during checkout.
