Welcome to Jetsimgo.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you (the “User“) and Jetsimgo.com, concerning your purchase of an international data plan (“Data Plan”) related to a prepaid eSIM (“eSIM”) for use on your personal device (“Device”) from Jetsimgo.com (the “Service”).
1.2. Future agreements between the User and Jetsimgo.com may also be subject to supplemental terms and conditions or documents posted on the website or application (“Application”).
1.3. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
1.4. Jetsimgo.com acts as a reseller of eSIMs. We assume that all propositions from upstream suppliers that are provided to Jetsimgo.com are legal and compliant in all the countries in which end user is using the eSIM.
2. Registration
2.1. The User may register to purchase an eSIM through our website and application. The User must accept these Terms and Conditions to register and purchase an eSIM. Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy are displayed on the Application when the User registers to purchase an eSIM.
3. Purchase of an eSIM and Activation
3.1. If you purchase an eSIM from us (via the Application), you enter into an agreement with us for the purchase of the eSIM and agree to pay all applicable charges in accordance with the Data Plan for the eSIM purchased.
3.2. You will be responsible for the eSIM as soon as it is delivered to you. If you damage or lose your Device before you have paid for the eSIM in full, you will still be required to pay us the full price of the eSIM.
3.3. You may also purchase an eSIM through one of our partners (“Third Parties”). If you purchase an eSIM from a Third Party, you enter into an agreement with that Third Party, and Jetsimgo.com is not a party to such an agreement.
3.4. We provide Data Plans which relate to specific countries. We reserve the right to restrict the availability of such Data Plans in some jurisdictions. Users can search, select, and purchase our Data Plans on the Application.
3.5. By availing of the Service, the User acknowledges that they have an unlocked, eSIM-compatible Device, which is required to access the eSIM.
4. Duration and Termination
4.1. This Agreement shall commence once you purchase the eSIM. After you have downloaded the eSIM onto your Device and the Data Plan is activated, the downloaded eSIM shall remain on your Device after the credit has been expended or your Data Plan has expired. You may choose to remove the eSIM via your Device settings at any time, though we recommend not removing the eSIM until the Data Plan has been consumed or expired.
4.2. The Agreement will continue until the Data Plan has expired or the credit has been expended, in accordance with the Data Plan purchased.
4.3. This Agreement will terminate immediately upon any of the following events occurring:
4.4. Upon termination, if you do not delete the eSIM immediately from your Device after the Data Plan is consumed or expired, the eSIM will remain provided to you on an “as is” basis, without warranty.
4.5. The eSIM provided by Jetsimgo.com is intended for use in a single device only. Once the eSIM is installed and activated on a device, it cannot be transferred, reinstalled, or reused on a separate device. we recommend not removing the eSIM until the Data Plan has been consumed or expired.
4.6. Any remaining balance or unused data on the eSIM after installation will remain tied to the original device and cannot be transferred to a new device. If the eSIM is removed or the original device is lost, damaged, or replaced, any remaining data or balance will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or reinstalled on another device.
5. Warranty
5.1. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
5.2. Jetsimgo.com gives no warranty and makes no representations in relation to the eSIM or the Service, and all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied by statute, common law, or otherwise, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
5.3. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to discontinue the sale, provision, or support of any eSIM at any time.
6. Service Availability
6.1. We will take commercially reasonable steps to make the Service available to you, contingent upon our service providers’ ability to maintain network capacity and connection availability.
6.2. We partner with service providers to offer the Service, including network service providers, which may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
6.3. If you purchase an “unlimited” Data Plan, your data coverage and speed may be subject to a network service provider’s fair use policy. The network service provider reserves the right to impose restrictions or limitations on data usage or speed if your usage is deemed excessive or impacts network performance for other users.
6.4. We do not guarantee network capacity, network quality, or connection availability of the Service, particularly in cases such as:

7.2. The User agrees that credits, promotions, and referrals for the Service (the “Promotions”) shall not be used to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the Service, including but not limited to creating fake registrations or using fictitious identities to receive rewards.
7.3. We may suspend the Service if these Terms and Conditions are breached. The User is liable for all charges during the suspension. We reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.4. We reserve the right, at our discretion and without liability, to remove a User’s account, disqualify them from future use of the Service, or disqualify them from any Promotions.
7.5. All eSIM products sold through Jetsimgo.com are intended for temporary, short-term use by travellers and are not meant for permanent use by local residents in their home country. By purchasing and using our eSIMs, you agree to use the product solely for travel purposes and in compliance with local regulations.
8. Payment Terms
8.1. The User may register and buy the eSIM through the Application. Payments will be processed by an authorised agent.
8.2. All eSIMs are prepaid, and prices are inclusive of any applicable Indirect Tax unless otherwise specified. Indirect Tax is levied based on the postcode provided when submitting payment information.
8.3. “Indirect Taxes” include sales tax, value-added tax, and other similar levies or taxes applicable at the time of sale of the Data Plan.
8.4. The User may save their payment method for future purchases, allowing automatic processing without re-entering information. The User may delete this payment method at any time but cannot modify it without first deleting the previous one.
8.5. We use our payment providers for the validation and verification of customer identity. These processes will serve as a form of Know Your Customer (KYC) for most of our product offerings. By completing a purchase, you agree that Jetsimgo.com can use this information to process orders and confirm eligibility for the eSIM service.
9. Legal Right of Withdrawal
9.1. If you are purchasing an eSIM as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you purchase the eSIM or, if earlier, up to the date the eSIM is activated and/or the Data Plan is consumed.
9.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via an unequivocal statement.
10. Refund and Returns Policy
10.1. If the Service does not meet your expectations or statutory consumer rights, please inform us. A full refund may be provided, subject to clauses 10.2 and 10.3.

10.3. If the User purchases an eSIM and downloads it onto an incompatible or locked Device, no refunds will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify device compatibility before making a purchase.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1. The eSIM, the Application, and related materials (such as source code, databases, software, designs, graphics, etc.) are our proprietary property or that of our licensors. These are protected by applicable laws.
11.2. No part of the eSIM, Application, or content may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, or distributed for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
12. Data Protection
12.1. By purchasing an eSIM, you acknowledge that Jetsimgo.com will process your personal data to make the Service available, monitor performance, and prevent unauthorised use.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
13.2. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
